These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to any user of the luckyc77 website, mobile apps, and related services ("Platform"). By continuing to use the Platform, you confirm that you have fully read and understood these Terms and agree to comply with them.

1.1 Age Restriction

1.2 One Account Per Person

Each user may hold only one account. Only one account is permitted per household, IP address, device, or payment method. If duplicate accounts are found, all bonuses will be cancelled and the accounts may be suspended.

1.3 Accurate Information

Personal information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Accounts opened with false information may be suspended without notice. When a withdrawal verification request is made, the details must match the registered information before it can be processed.

2.1 Deposits

Available deposit methods are KBZPay, Wave Money, and AYA Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks and deposits are confirmed almost instantly. Delays may occur due to payment gateway issues, but we will process your deposit as quickly as possible.

2.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are processed within 10–45 minutes. Withdrawals will only be made via the same payment method used during deposit.

2.3 Financial Restrictions

• Do not use a third party's payment method — the payment method must be registered in your name.
• If money laundering is suspected, withdrawals may be suspended and the case may be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Depositing and immediately withdrawing without playing (Balance Transfer) is not allowed — you must complete at least one round of play covering both the bonus amount and the deposit amount before withdrawing.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

luckyc77's welcome bonus gives you up to 100% on your first deposit, with a maximum bonus of 200,000 Ks. For example — deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 40,000 Ks, with a wagering requirement of 20,000 Ks × 20 = 400,000 Ks. Deposit 420,000 Ks and receive the maximum bonus of 200,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 620,000 Ks, with a wagering requirement of 200,000 Ks × 20 = 4,000,000 Ks.

3.2 Wagering Requirement Rules

Winnings from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the bonus has been received and a 20× wagering requirement has been met. Note that the wagering requirement is calculated as 20× the bonus amount (not the deposit amount).

3.3 Bonus Cancellation

• If a violation of the one-account rule is found, the bonus will be cancelled immediately.
• Certain games may be restricted for bonus wagering; details will be specified in the promotion terms.
• Any unused bonus balance remaining after the bonus period expires will be forfeited.

luckyc77's VIP programme has 5 tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond. Progression from one tier to the next depends on the player's continuous play history and activity. Cashback rates are —

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Cashback is credited as bonus funds, so wagering requirements may apply. VIP tier changes and cashback calculations are managed by the luckyc77 support team and will be reflected in your account.

The following actions are strictly prohibited at luckyc77. If a violation is found, the account will be suspended and any remaining balance will be dealt with at our discretion.

• Attempting to manipulate the platform's software, game results, or financial transactions by any means
• Colluding with other players or using arbitrage strategies to farm bonuses
• Playing with a bot or automated software
• Opening an account with false personal information or using a third party's name
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing any staff member or player
• Using the platform for money laundering or for financial purposes

6.1 Account Suspension

luckyc77 may temporarily or permanently suspend an account with or without prior notice — particularly if a breach of this agreement is found, suspicious financial activity is detected, or a legal conflict related to the service arises.

6.2 Account Closure (Self-Requested)

6.3 Balance Withdrawal

If no violations are found at the time of account closure, the remaining balance will be returned via the designated method. If a violation is found, the withdrawal may be suspended.
